Ben Myers has a long history of serving in senior leadership positions in government and private sector roles across Australia. Throughout his career, Ben has worked at all levels of Australian government and managed communications across Australia for the global energy producer BG Group.

From 2012 until 2015, Ben was Chief of Staff to the Premier of Queensland and previously worked for the Lord Mayor of Brisbane.

Ben has also been Director of Public Affairs at the National Retail Association and served as a Non-Executive Director of Brisbane Marketing between 2010 and 2012.

Over his career, Ben has worked across most major industry sectors in Australia and has been directly involved in delivering some of the nation's largest infrastructure projects, including the BG Group's US$20 billion QCLNG project and the Brisbane City Council's TransApex road tunnels.

Ben has a detailed understanding of regulatory and government decision making processes, combined with a strong knowledge of communications and the management of complex public affairs issues.
