Simon Challies is the Managing Director of Ryman Healthcare Limited, New Zealand’s largest retirement village operator and one of the most successful companies on the NZX.
Ryman has 30 operational retirement villages in New Zealand from Whangarei to Invercargill, providing homes for 10,000 residents and employing over 4,000 staff. In 2014 Ryman opened its first village in Melbourne and plans to open another four villages in Australia by 2020.
